Shipping & Returns
All items are handmade to order. Average production time is 1 week depending on the size of the order. Laser cut items can take up to 2 weeks to produce. Please see below for standard transit times.
We are happy to accommodate express shipping requests for an additional charge. Email us at contact@frauleinkink for a rate and time quote.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order or in the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect you have the right to return your order provided you contact us via email within 7 working days from the date the goods have been signed for. Returns must be approved by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Since all items are handmade to order, returns are issued as exchange towards new items or store credit only. We do not give cash back. All sale or discounted items are final sale. The product(s) returned must be in new and unused condition, with the original label and tags and in the original bag and packaging. Shipping/postage costs to send back goods including any Re Import Taxes for international returns will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the store credit before issue. Please ensure that you use a traceable insured service when sending back goods. We are not liable for any returned orders lost in transit. Please retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note.
*Please note that any items created out of Python Leather or Laser Cut Leather are non refundable or returnable. Due to the fact of the exclusivity of the materials and extra shipping measures with importing and export items with CITES protection.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Fraulein Kink LLC will offer an exchange (less shipping costs) via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange. Fraulein Kink LLC will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your returns, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
Each Fräulein Kink item is handmade to order in Berlin. Therefore please understand that once an order has been processed, we cannot accept any returns. Please decide carefully the size and color of the items you order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries or special requests before you place an order. Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun with approval.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / IMPORT TAX:
• For all International orders, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges.
• Due to Brexit, after Jan 1, 2021 all United Kingdom customers are responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges. If you refuse the package due to import taxes, you will be responsible to pay any return shipping fees from UK to Berlin and the second shipping fee from Berlin to UK as we do not except returns for this issue. Thank you for your understanding!
Fräulein Kink prides itself on the quality of our products as well as their presentation and packaging. Shipments are done so in discrete packaging. The shipping label and return address are marked with the company logo and information, Fräulein Kink. Though, the packaging exterior in no way alludes to the contents except if mandatory by customs.
Fräulein Kink guarantees that we will keep your personal information in strictest confidence. Names, email address, and any other personal information remain completely secure. We will in no way sell or share your information with any other company. If you do subscribe to receive emails from us and later change your mind, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
Every item ordered is shipped with complimentary gift wrap. Please note that we have a few different sizes & styles of gift wrapping depending on the size of your order.
Items are delivered in plain packaging only after completion of payment. After placing an order we will do our best to inform you of the time of delivery (usually 1-2 weeks but this can be longer during sale periods or holiday shopping season).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & ESPECIALLY TO THE UNITED STATES CAN EXPERIENCE LONGER SHIPPING TIMES DUE TO CUSTOMS SECURITY MEASURES. AVERAGE ARRIVAL TIME FOR USA SHIPMENT IS 2-3 WEEKS AFTER PACKAGE SHIPS OUT FROM BERLIN. If you need the item to arrive before a special date, please write us and we are happy to arrange express shipping.

• We are unable to ship to PO Box or military addresses.
