All items are handmade to order. Average production time is 1 week depending on the size of the order. Laser cut items can take up to 2–3 weeks to produce. SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES
All orders to the USA are shipped with UPS Express for fast and secure delivery. Due to U.S. tariffs on European goods, every shipment from Germany requires an import duty fee when entering the United States. We have simplified this process so you will not receive any surprise bills on delivery. The tariff and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping cost at checkout. What you pay at checkout is the final price.
Shipping for United States Orders (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). All U.S. customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are already included in the shipping price. You will not have to pay anything extra when your order arrives. Orders up to €500 → €119 UPS Express (DDP). Orders €501–€999 → €89 UPS Express (DDP). Orders €1,000 and above → €199 UPS Express (DDP). All rates include shipping and U.S. import fees.
SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
All orders to the UK are shipped with UPS Express for fast and secure delivery. Due to Brexit, shipments from Germany to the UK are subject to UK VAT and import clearance fees. All UK customs duties, tariffs, and import fees are already included in the shipping price. You will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery. Orders up to €500 → €59 UPS Express (DDP). Orders €501–€999 → €39 UPS Express (DDP). Orders €1,000 and above → €89 UPS Express (DDP). All rates include shipping and UK import fees.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
As all items are individually handmade to order, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (goods manufactured to customer specifications). Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun — please contact us immediately at contact@frauleinkink.com if you need to cancel.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, where the fault is verified, offer an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. All sale and discounted items are final sale.
All returns require prior written approval. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags, labels, and packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable re-import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any store credit issued. Please use a tracked and insured service — we are not liable for returns lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage.
Please note that items made from Python Leather or Laser Cut Leather are non-returnable due to the exclusive nature of the custom materials and CITES import/export regulations.
If we confirm a product fault, Fräulein Kink will offer an exchange or cover the delivery costs of a replacement. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return, excluding weekends and public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / IMPORT TAX
For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred in addition to shipping charges, unless otherwise stated above.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Fräulein Kink prides itself on the quality of our products as well as their presentation and packaging. Shipments are sent in discreet packaging. The shipping label and return address are marked with the Fräulein Kink logo. The exterior packaging in no way alludes to the contents, except where mandatory by customs.
PRIVACY
Fräulein Kink guarantees that your personal information is kept in strictest confidence. Names, email addresses, and any other personal data remain completely secure. We will never sell or share your information with any third party. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and wish to unsubscribe, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of any email from us.
PACKAGING
Every order is shipped with complimentary gift wrap. We offer a few different sizes and styles of gift wrapping depending on the size of your order.
SHIPPING
Items are dispatched only after completion of payment. After placing an order we will do our best to inform you of the estimated delivery time (usually 1–2 weeks, though this may be longer during sale periods or the holiday season). Please note: international orders, especially to the United States, may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. If you need your order before a specific date, please contact us to arrange express shipping.
All orders ship on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. We are unable to ship to PO Box or military addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes in addition to shipping charges, unless otherwise stated above.
