Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person (Art. 4(1) GDPR).

2. Data Collection & Use

We collect personal data in order to accept and process your orders, send you our newsletter (where you have opted in), and respond to your enquiries.

We collect the following data: name, address, email address, ordered and delivered goods, payment method confirmation, and age verification (we do not deliver to minors).

Payment data is handled directly by our payment providers. We only receive confirmation of whether payment was made.

To protect our systems, we store access log data including your IP address, access date and time, browser type, and operating system when you visit our website.

3. Shopify

Our website is operated using Shopify, provided by Shopify Inc., 126 York Street, Suite 200, Ottawa, ON, Canada. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products. 4. Third Parties

We only pass your personal data to third parties to the extent required to fulfil your order — including payment providers and shipping carriers. These parties are only permitted to use your data for the specific purpose of fulfilling your order. Your data will not otherwise be transmitted to any third party or used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help improve website functionality and user experience. They are also used to collect statistical data on website usage. You can limit or disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of our website.

6. Google & YouTube

We use Google Analytics (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse how visitors use our website. The information generated is used to compile reports on website activity and to improve our offering.

IP anonymisation is active on this website. Google will not merge your IP address with other Google data. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA under EU standard contractual clauses.

7. Meta — Facebook & Instagram

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, Advanced Matching, and Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. These tools allow us to measure the effectiveness of our Instagram and Facebook presence and to understand how visitors interact with our website after clicking through from those platforms.

Customer activity data is shared with Meta using Enhanced data sharing settings. This data is used to improve ad relevance and reach. Customers can disconnect this data from their Facebook account by adjusting their Off-Facebook Activity settings at facebook.com/off_facebook_activity.

8. Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp, provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, to manage and send our newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and name will be stored by Mailchimp and used solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: request free access to the personal data we hold about you; object to the use or transmission of your data; request correction of inaccurate data; request blocking or deletion of your personal data where no statutory retention requirement applies.
