Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised are exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
All products sold by Fräulein Kink are handmade to order in Berlin according to individual customer specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to any purchase made in our online store.
